💰 Rs. 10,000 Advance Fee — Official Refund Rules
- No college allotted in any round → full Rs. 10,000 refunded to the bank account given in the form.
- College allotted but candidate does not report → Rs. 3,000 deducted (Council fund), Rs. 7,000 refunded.
- Candidate reports, takes admission and later leaves → non-refundable; the college also does not return the current session's fee.
- The Council collects no tuition fee — it is paid to the allotted college, which cannot charge above the Council-fixed amount.
Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology Counselling Process 2026-27 — How Seats Are Allotted
- Merit list: state-wide list from 10+2 marks; objections by e-mail for a few days; then the final list.
- Option form: log in, pay Rs. 10,000, and fill college + course combinations in order of preference. You may select up to 4 courses — for example Ophthalmic Technology, DMLT, DRT and DOTT — and any number of college combinations. Fill many combinations to maximise your chance.
- 1st allotment: merit-wise and category-wise. Download the allotment letter and report to the college within the reporting window with original documents and the balance first-year fee.
