RRB Lab Assistant Grade II Paper Analysis 2025 (30 April, Shift 3)
After checking all 100 questions, the Testpaperlive faculty team rates the paper as easy to moderate. The General Ability section was in English with direct questions. The Professional Ability section was calculation-heavy — dilutions, molarity, buffers and pH gave 12 questions — along with direct questions on haematology, blood bank, microbiology and sterilization. Anatomy questions (palatine, sphenoid, popliteus, linea alba) were slightly tricky.

RRB Lab Assistant Grade II Official Cut Off 2025 (CEN 04/2024)
Railway Recruitment Boards published the official cut off marks with the CBT result of CEN 04/2024 on 11–12 August 2025 under the title "Cut off Marks (out of 100 marks) of Candidates shortlisted for Document Verification". In CEN 04/2024, Laboratory Assistant Grade II is Category No. 7. The official Category 7 cut off published by the RRBs is given below (normalised marks out of 100).

- The highest official UR cut off was 69.05 in RRB Mumbai (Central Railway), followed by 67.35 in RRB Mumbai (Western Railway).
- In RRB Ajmer (North Western Railway), the UR and OBC cut off were the same at 63.27.
- For RRB CEN 05/2026, aim for a normalised score of 70+ to be safe in the UR category.
